Q: All day events are shown differently in the notification center on Mac and iPhone

Suppose I have an all-day event for today and an all-day event for tomorrow in the Calendar. These two events are shown in opposite ways in the notification center on my Mac (latest El Capitan version) and on my iPhone 6s (latest iOS version)! Namely, on Mac I see the today's all-day event in the Calendar part of the notification center, but the part forecasting for tomorrow says 'There are no events for tomorrow.' Reversely, the notification center on my iPhone says that I don't have events for today, but there is an all-day event for tomorrow It's very annoying, so that I cannot trust the notification center and have to manually check the Calendar each day. Any help is very appreciated!
