Usb ports not working in Windows 7 after bootcamp?

I've just recently installed windows 7 on my mac with bootcamp but my usb ports won't work! I can use the built in trackpad and keyboard but anything i connect to the usb ports won't work (external mouse, keyboard, or a flash drive). I tried reinstalling the intel extreme driver 3.0 but it keeps saying that the device cannot turn on

What are the unknown devices in Windows Device Manager?

From Install Windows 7 and earlier on your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support, please download Boot Camp Support Software 5.1.5621 (assuming your signature is correct) to a USB2 flash drive. You will need Paragon NTFS for Mac Trial to gain read-write access to Windows partition and copy the contents of the USB to a known folder on the Windows side, uninstall Paragon, boot into Windows and run setup.exe from the Bootcamp folder inside the folder you just copied the USB contents to.

Unfortunately, I accidentally uninstalled the drivers for the built in trackpad and keyboard thinking that I was suppose to uninstall the drivers then manually install it. I have no way to move my mouse or keyboard even with the built in keyboard and trackpad, I tried booting in safe mode but still didn't work. I might just resort to reinstalling windows or just not even install windows...

Edit: There were no unknown devices found in device manager
