I receive regularly, emails from a "Penny (iCloud Login) <contact@icloudlogin.******" Is this an apple support or is it a scam. I have junked the emails but they are still being delivered. if it is a scam how do I stop them being delivered.

it is scam. You are being "phished." Get a good spam filter for your email program.
