I have a Mac Pro, OS X 10.7.5.
It is a 2x3 GHz Dual-Core Intel Xeon. Built in 2008.
I have 1.05 TB free on my System Drive and 20 GB of memory.
So my stats show that El Capitan should run. But I continue to get this error code when trying to download it.
"This version of OS X 10.11 cannot be installed on this computer."
Do you know what may be wrong?

It has a 32-bit EFI and can’t be upgraded past 10.7.5.

You appear to have a 2006 Mac Pro. Choose About this Mac from the Apple menu, click on More Info, and see if the model identifier is MacPro1,1 or MacPro3,1.
