Q: my iphone 6S can no longer connect to bluetooth

when i try to pair a device through blue tooth I can no longer do it. pinwheel just spins and cannot discover it. What can I do?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4

If that doesn't help you should reset your network settings.

Go to settings

general

reset

What device?

IS the device in discover mode?

Have you connected to the device before?

I am using Apple IPhone 6S IOS 9.2.1
Yes device is in discovery mode and I have never had a problem connecting before. Now pinwheel just spins
