Need to Clear my Safari Cache, can't find it?

I Have the latest Safari 9.0.3

I need to clear my Cache in Safar, where in my Safari prefernces in General do I find the clear cache? I can't find it?

Safar is slowing down my Mac Mini big time, as to with my other web browsers that I have but don't use as much don't slow down my computer, the Apple Genius Bar tech at the Apple Store told me to try to clear my cache in Safar, again tried looking for it and couldn't find it?

Where is the cache in Safar?

Mac mini, OS X El Capitan (10.11.3), Safari 9.0.3. iPad Mini iOS 9.2.1

To empty your caches you need to open Preferences, and under the Advanced option click on "Show Develop Menu in Menu Bar". Once you check that, then in the top menu bar, under the Develop dropdown, you will see an option to Empty Caches.

I Also have a lot of tabs up and open so that I can have easy access to certain websites, I have my Bookmarks and Bookmarks folders, instead of trying to look for a particular saved bookmark in my bookmark lists I have made tabs to have easy access to those particular saved bookmarks, if that makes any sense??

The more tabs you have open, the more RAM Safari will need to process, and the slower your computer will go. If you want Safari to go faster, you'll need to stop opening so many tabs.
