Help me. Getting this error. Don't want to pay 500$. Caffeine and El Capitaine downloaded to prevent screen from sleeping. Still does unexpectedly. Don't have 500$. code: AMBD Services: _CFXPCCreateXPCObjectFromCFObject failed!!

This is the error code: AMBD Services: _CFXPCCreateXPCObjectFromCFObject failed!!

Genius bar says it may be logic board related. I don't have applecare and my warranty just went out. Don't have 500$. Any way around this problem (the result is a blinking screen and this error code pops up multiple times). No water damage has been verified, unknown cause. Tried caffeine to prevent screen from sleeping as well as downloading the most recent software however that too did not aid (Version 10.11.3 El Capitaine)

I've owned this product less than 2 years, a product known to be rather good. This is a let down that the repairs cost nearly 1/3 the price for something I thought I could trust, especially not long since my warranty has been up.

Example:

Result:

Violent freezing/black screen repeatedly. Highly annoying as a student trying to study for exams.
Help me please 😟

To add, I've inspected some more and found:

Almost as if the display was being removed?
I've already done the whole Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
and that really didn't do anything.

Ive I believe it's referred to as resetting the software, did it with one of the genius dudes. Problem persist.

You had a whole year to purchase an AppleCare program to extend the warranty three years from the date of purchase. Now, you my have a case if your Mac is under an Exchange and Repair program.

Boot the Mac with the 'D' key to run the hardware test, if nothing is noticeable with the hardware test, your RAM may be all that is at fault.

Some companies like http://www.dttservice.com/ charge less than AppleCare for logicboard replacement because they don't typically replace the entire chasis. Other companies are:

https://techrestore.com

http://www.microdocusa.com/

http://www.iresq.com/

http://www.powerbookmedic.com/

You could repair it yourself if you are savvy:

http://www.ifixit.com/

You can always just extract the hard drive and put it in a case such as a 2.5" USB SATA case from http://www.macsales.com/ and connect the drive to another Mac and access your files without your Mac's own hardware flaws. You can then just use your hard drive as a boot drive for one of the computers at the store with the Genius bar if you can't find Macs elsewhere. http://www.apple.com/buy/ and http://www.apple.com/usergroups/ may have other places you can connect your Mac.

I offer some support at http://www.macmaps.com/ * though not knowing the hardware test results, I can't say for certain what it will cost.

If you are able to keep it running long enough, use http://www.etrecheck.com/ and copy/paste its results to this forum in addition to giving the results of the hardware test. The RAM of this Mac model is not easy to access.
