I bought an album but it is not in my recently purchased and is no where to be found in my library

I bought Insaneintherainmusic's Undertale parody album "Live at Grillby's." It was in my library the day I bought it, and now it is nowhere, not even in my recently purchased. I tried contacting iTunes support, but it requires an order number, which for some reason I do not have. To make matters worse, the money used to buy the album from my balance is still gone. So I bought the album, listened to it, and now its gone without a trace, literally. Someone please help.

GoTo iTunes then Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option, or go to the Purchased link under Quick Links on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage and see if they show for re-downloading there.

You can re-download past purchases from the iTunes Store Purchased screen (you need to signed in using Apple ID used for purchase)

Download your past purchases - Apple Support

If the purchased item does not appear there, it may be hidden

Hide and unhide purchases in iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support

Also, you can find things like order number in your purchase history. To see it, click your name at the top of iTunes window, and select Account Info. On the Account Information screen, find Purchase History and click See All.

My recently purchased doesn't even have it and i tried "unhiding" my items, but its not there. it is quite literally, in every sense, wiped from my itunes account, however my money is still gone. That is my only proof that I bought something. Other than that, I don't even have a receipt.

Are you looking under the iTunes Store and then under the Quick Links section on the right side of the window? Click on Purchased there, then click Not in my Library to see all purchased items not currently downloaded.

I have checked, every place that it could be I've looked. I've searched my mac for it. I might just call apple support and talk to them. I can't email because I don't have on file the purchase. But my money is gone so there's that.

I'm not getting the sense that you followed the path I recommended:

Once you click on Purchased, you should get this screen:

If you are not seeing the album on that page, then make sure you are signed into the iTunes Store with the same ID you purchased the album with. You can also try clicking on your sign in icon, and signing out then back in again.

Also make sure that the computer is Authorized to your iTunes ID as well.

I followed that path and it is still not there. Like i said: I made the purchase, but it is not in my recently purchased or anywhere. My money is still gone.

This is a user discussion forum, with no access to your iTunes Store account information; you should contact the official Apple customer support for iTunes Store

🙂 Thank you Kenichi Watanabe, This help me so much. I lost my favourite album and couldn't find it but i must have accidentally hidden it, without your help I wouldn't have got the album back. Thank-You! 🙂
