iPhones cannot catch viruses. What makes you think that you have spyware?
To be absolutely sure put the iPhone in DFU mode (Google it) and restore it as a new device. But if you have not let someone else have access to it for an hour and given them your passcode and Apple ID password then it couldn't have been jailbroken and does not have any spyware.
