Storage Full Need Help!

My storage disk is almost entirely full. I did have close to 15,000 photos and about 3GB of storage left. I have DELETED over 4,000 photos and videos and almost ALL of my downloads and now I only have 300MB of space left. I even went in to the recently deleted file and DELETED the recently deleted items! I have also restarted the laptop several times.

The more I delete, the less storage I have.

Please help!!!
