Q: Error -4403F

I was logging into my computer when my screen froze and my computer restarted. However, upon the restart, the flashing folder with the question mark appeared. So I followed the suggestions to press command+R while my computer was restarting. The globe appeared on my screen followed by the progress bar. However, the bar would only progress about 10% before it changed to a globe with a caution symbol (triangle with an exclamation point) and telling me to go to apple.com/support "-4403F". When I search this one the support site, there is absolutely nothing available. Does anyone know anything that I can do???
