Q: Can´t log in after last update

Before I went to bed last night, I accepted a request about upgrading my phone. This morning when I tried to log in with my apple i, at least 7 times, it still says ´´activation failed, because the activation server is not available now. What to do? It is the right password and email address. Need my phone asap!

Hey elisabutt,

I understand that you are having issues with activating your iPhone. You do have some options to get this sorted out.

I would take a look at the article below to try reseating the SIM card as well as restarting your iPhone. You will also want to check out the status page on Apple's website to see if any issues show up for activation.

Make SURE you have a good WIFI connection and you are connected to the internet. The update COULD have disconnected you. Its unlikely but its also possible that the Apple server is temporarily down. Be patient. Otherwise see norm123's answer above.
