ios 9 iFrame not loading (LMS)

Our client has updated their iPads to ios9 and now they can't load our elearning courses throught their SAP LMS.

LMS in general are opening through iFrame and our applications do use iFrames too.

Is there a problem with iFrames and iOS 9?

Please advise!
