Recently, every time I connect my iPhone 6S Plus 128GB (iOS 9.2.1) to my original, in car stereo (via USB) the exact same podcast episode starts to auto play. This happens when the app has not been running in background or even if it is already running an episode or the Music app is running a song. My vehicle was purchased new in late 2015 and has had no firmware upgrades or changes. This issue did not happen when I first purchased the car but started to happen later on. I like to re-listen to some of my podcasts so have not tried deleting the episode yet to see if it happens with another specific episode. Wondering if anyone has a similar issue or knows a way to resolve?
ps I have (currently) 4 X different podcast series on my iPhone with over 100 episodes. I only use the Apple Podcast app.
