Q: FaceTime stuck on 'Connecting' with Wifi but fine with 4G

Hello,

 

FaceTime stuck on 'Connecting' when I use a wifi connection on my MacBook Pro, iPhone or iPad. When I use the 4G cellular connection of my iPhone or iPad, FaceTime work well.

 

I tried the logout/login of the FaceTime session, resetting of the network settings, resetting of the hotspot wifi, ... without success.

 

All devices have a uptodate OS.

 

Any idea are welcom.

Hello,

 

Finally , it seems that the firewall on the hotspot wifi was on cause. My first attempt was on an other hotspot with the same firewall settings that mine. I tried with an other hotspot with other firewall settings and that works well.
