How can I show that my Apple Watch has only had one owner?

On Valentine's Day of 2016, my now ex-boyfriend purchased an Apple Watch from Best Buy as my gift. Now, he says he wants it back and that it is not mine. However, the watch was synced to my phone whilst at Best Buy and ever since has only been used on my Apple ID and Phone Number. Is there someway my Apple Watch can prove this?
