Mail printing
why is the preview page blank when I try and print this bill from Apple. Its only for the iCloud email bills. If I print it, its divided into two pages, one with just the header and blank, and the bill without the header?
OBS MacBook Pro (15-inch 2.4/2.2 GHz), Mac OS X (10.7.5)
