Q: forgot my secret answer and question

I forgot my secret answer. How can I reset it ? Due to that, I can't change any of my info,password or anything on my apple ID.And I didn't get any link to reset it on my rescue email. What can I do. Please help me

If you aren't getting the reset link on the security section of your account on http://appleid.apple.com then you don't have a verified rescue email address on the account (an additional/alternate email address is not a rescue email address) - you will have to contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to get the questions reset : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions

If you can't send a reset email, don't have a rescue email address, or can't access email at your rescue email address, call us for help. When you call, you might need to create a temporary support PIN to verify your identity. After you reset your security questions, you might want to update your rescue email address.

Every time I hit rescue email it still asks me for the secret question answers
