iPhone 6s cant find Bluetooth devices

My iPhone cant Seem to find Any bluetooth devices what so ever... It just keeps loading And nothing happens. i've Tried to restart my iphone and my bluetooth device, and my bluetooth device is compatible with iPhones. What do i do?
