Podcast is in the library but not in the iTunes after 5 days

Hello,

Was hoping someone could help or make some suggestions...

Uploaded last latest podcast on Monday via Soundcloud through this http://feeds.soundcloud.com/users/soundcloud:users:199030552/sounds.rss - which I have checked through feed validator and it is correct. The podcast is appearing in my library since Monday but hasn't gone through to the iTunes store. Have refreshed, emailed Apple support etc.

Any ideas on what the issue might be?

A number of people have complained that single or multiple episodes, which are correctly in the feed and appear when subscribing, are not appearing in the iTunes Store.

Support have confirmed that there is an ongoing problem. They say that sufferers should contact them and request a reindex; that should solve it for that particular episode. Goto https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
