I have a iphone 4s and my phone were automaticlly sett on 1970 1st january and i haven't used my phone since sunday please help the logo just comes on and then off !

Your phone was not automatically set to January 1, 1970. The only way to get it to that date is to force it, multiple times to be exact, by hand.
See this ASC user tip to try and recover, but the Apple store is your last resort. I set my iOS device to January 1, 1970...
then someone hacked my phone ...
They would have had to have physical possession of the device. It cannot be done any other way.
