Automatic iCloud Backup's are not happening.

I don't know why since 16 February 2016, my device do not make automatic backups in the iCloud. I have enough space storage in my account but the updates don't happen. My speed connection is fast (15 Mb).

How I can fix it? Someone could help me?

You are not alone. Are you still using iOS 7.1.2 or did you just recently upgrade to iOS9?

It seems that a number of users have had problems backing up to iCloud since upgrading to iOS 9. I'm not sure what the problem is , I've heard everything form doing a backup/restore from iTunes, resetting your network connections, to a problem with the Apple server. I had a similar problem after upgrading to iOS 9 and after restoring the phone (for a completely different reason) the automated backups magically started working again.

If you can't backup to iCloud you should backup with iTunes.

There are lots of discussions about this issue on the iCloud on iOS devices forum as well.

Take a look at this discussion.....there are others as well. Some of the suggestions in here may work for you.

iCloud Backup Broken After iOS 9 Upgrade

OK, next, go to Settings>iCloud>Storage>Manage Storage, then click on one of the devices displaying. Once you click on the device, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click on Delete Backup. Repeat this for any other devices displaying on that Manage Storage screen.

Once you have done that, do the following:

Double-click the Home key and swipe up on all open thumbnails

Reset your device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power button at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (this can take up to 30 seconds, so be patient). Once the Apple appears, the reset is in progress, and the Slide to Unlock screen will display shortly.

Once the Slide to Unlock screen displays, go back to the first set of instructions and see if you can start a manual backup again.

Also, make sure that the amount of data that you are attempting to back up is not greater than the amount of storage you have available to use it. If you are using iCloud Photo Library, or iCloud Music Library (for Apple Music or iTunes Match), be aware that they also use up iCloud Storage. So make sure that you have enough available Storage to complete the backup.

You can also hook up your device to a computer using iTunes, and update via iTunes, if all else fails.

Best of luck,

GB
