Q: Can I check for water damage on my iPhone 6S plus?

Daughter has had her phone for 2 weeks....a little water did get spilled on it bit immediately dried it off and seemed ok....now not wanting to charge... Can I check for water damage?

iPhone 3GS, Windows 7
