Mar 10, 2016 11:33 PM in response to veslyreby D.Cohen,Take a look at this Apple Support article:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204051
Reset your network settings.
Settings - General - Reset - Reset Network Settings
Reset your device. This won't delete your data stored on the phone.
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
- Press and hold on the Home button
- Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.
Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings -
Mar 11, 2016 12:23 AM in response to D.Cohenby veslyre,My apologies, I should have mentioned in the post that I have already done the basic troubleshooting required such as resetting the network settings or having a hard reset or even having a backup and restore. All these were done and yet the outcome is still the same, the WiFi and Bluetooth are disabled.
