Q: Annoyed with my one n a half year old macbook pro, it's crashed three times in this short space of time

I hope the apple team in California see his message. Can someone please help me get my complaint to them. I love mac but my patience is wearing thin with my macbook pro 13" laptop. I just over one n a half years ago, directly from America and it has crashed 3 times, and the charging port is begining to burn. I take good care of my macbook and dont undertsand why its crashing like this. The first time it was the data cable the second time it just switched off n wouldnt switch on still dont know what went wrong there, and now my OS (which is up to date) crashed when I switched the laptop on,all these repairs are costing me money. I am a university student and this happened in the middle of my lecture, I have deadlines soon and can't deal with my mac just crashing on its own. If you are reading this apple, please can something be done, because i'm very unimpressed

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2012), iOS 9.2.1, Apple please respond :/

You are not addressing Apple in these forums. We are all just users like yourself.

If the crashes are kernel panics then log the panic and post it here:

Mac OS X: How to log a kernel panic

    Otherwise

    • Note the time of the next crash. After rebooting open the Console app in Finder>Applications>Utilities and look for log entries at the time of the crash. Post suspicious ones here.
    • Look before the log entry that starts with BOOT_TIME since that is the first line of a bootup
