Q: How can I transfer pages docs from my iPad to a file on my computer which I can save to a flash drive without doing all it individually

help please I want to free up space on my iPad as I have loads of pages and notes..  I want to transfer to an external hard drive.

At present all I can see is that would have to open each doc and send it to myself (email)

Is there a way there can all be transferred at once

Thank you

iPad 2, iOS 9

Create a new folder on your Desktop. Pick a name.

With your iPad connected to a USB port (not wireless), open iTunes and let it discover the iPad. You will see its icon in the iTunes toolbar. Click on your iPad icon.

WIth the left panel now displaying information for your iPad, directly beneath Summary is Apps. Click Apps, and when it show them too you, just scroll down to the bottom to the Apps listed in File Sharing. Click on Pages. The right panel will now populate with files local to your iPad. Select all of these files that you want placed into that Desktop folder that you created. In the lower right corner, click Save to… and aim it at that Desktop folder.

When you are satisfied that these files are in that Desktop folder, select the files that you want to remove from the iPad, and press the delete key. You will be prompted if you are sure. You should now have the files that you want on your Mac, and off of your iPad.
