If you have one of your phone numbers enabled for VoicePass in your support profile, when you call Apple Support, they will know it's you and, I presume, already have your records up by the time they answer:
Tell us the phone numbers you use to call Apple Support. If you need to call us, we'll know it's you and provide a fast, personalized support experience.
