Q: iphone activation

this is monzur ******* ******** from dhaka, bangladesh. since 6 months ago i had bought an iphone 4 (IMEI:************)/(ICCID:************************) from someone else. thereafter i m using my my phone by my own apple id (**************). few days ago i had reset my phone & i got a activation lock. in dhaka bangladesh there is no apple store. now i cant use my phone. so pls help me to get out from this. please...
