DVCProHD to Uncompressed HDCAM??

We have completed our edit here in the remote mountainous back woods of the Montana wilderness. 😁

I am bringing in an Adobe Premier Pro XML into my FCP 7.0.3 time line. So far so good.

We edited with proxy files which had been captured in DVCProHD.

For the quality level we require, I need to go back and recapture from the source tapes, in uncompressed HD.

Can I also recapture the necessary clips with head and tails- hopefully.

I see a couple of steps:

1)- that each clip is referenced correctly to the proper tape name.

2)- how to Replace DVCProHD with Uncompressed from tape with my magic wand.

I know this last part of this should be easy - right?

Also can I actually get a print out of each clip name, reel name, source time code etc. ???
