Q: Podcast a App: unable to download episode

Trying to download my mp3's through apple's Podcasts app, but keep getting a "download error" after the file has downloaded and is being processed.  The name of the podcast is called Tribunal de los Superweyes and is located here: https://itunes.apple.com/mx/podcast/el-tribunal-de-los-superweyes/id391289608?mt =2  The message that pops up says "Unable to Download Podcast.  [Episode #] could not be downloaded at this time."  My options are then to either Retry or hit Done.  If I hit Retry, nothing happens.  If I hit Done then the message goes away, and I am able to try and download the episode again after a few seconds.  I've retried downloading the episodes multiple times, every time the same error.  The episodes do play stream though, which is weird. I've tried turning the phone off and on again, as well.  Nothing.  I've tried on iOS 9, 9.1, and now 9.2... same error.


if I search for the episode on the app, inside the app, then I am able to download it, but the error happens on the subscription screen only, episodes can be downloaded on iTunes for pc and other podcast aggregators.


Can anyone help?

    Any updates on this issue?

     

    I'm having the same issue downloading content from iTunes on my iPad. The download seems to complete, status changes to "processing", then disappears from the downloads list. A moment later an alert shows saying

     

    "Unable to download episode"

    "[name]" could not be downloaded at this time

     

    (Where name is the name of the episode I was attempting to download.

     

    Interestingly, this is happening with new purchases, such as this, but also with purchases that I've made quite a while ago that worked on a previous device.

     

    I'm using a brand new (4 days old) iPad Pro 9.7, running iOS 9.3.1

    Have tried rebooting multiple times, and have tried downloading on multiple different networks but to no avail, the same process occurs each time.
