Episodes 43 and 44 appear in the feed but have not appeared in the Store. It's not that unusual for 44 not to have appeared, though 3 days is a little over the usual delay, but 43 should have appeared by now.
A number of people have complained about this sort of thing: there appears to be an issue in the Store and it's not something you can do anything about yourself. You should contact Support, give them all the details, and request a re-index. That may well sort it with the current episodes. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
