where can I change my security questions

When I try to go to the website to change my security questions it shows this:

I am very ******... All I am trying to do is buy something. Thanks.

You need to ask Apple's Account Security team to reset your security questions. To contact them, clickhereand pick a method; if that page doesn't list one for your country or you're unable to call, fill out and submitthis form.
