Q: iPhone talk text changing words after completing message

I haven't seen this issue addressed in any of the talk texting forums, but my issue is when talk text properly displays what I'm saying and when I hit done, changes the words to a sentence it believes I should've said. For example, I just talked texted a sentence that said "did you ride your bike today? As I was saying it I was watching it printout correctly. After I hit done, it change the sentence to " did you get a bite today?" Changed several words for no apparent reason.  It does it to me all the time... decides that I meant to say something else then what it initially recognized my speech as saying. Is there anyway I can shut off that feature and just allow it to print and retain the words initially recognized? On a totally unrelated note, isn't it kind of funny that the iPhone support forum isn't mobile ready or responsive ? Lol
