But ist there still a way to get the latest version of it ?

If you already have aperture 3 you can update it to run on El Capitan. If you don't, you can't.

Not Aperture 3.6, the only version that will run on El Capitan. Aperture 3.5.1 and 3.6 have only been sold from the App Store.
You can only buy the early Aperture 3 versions outside the App Store (eBay, Amazon), but these versions can only be updated to Aperture 3.4.3, to be used with MacOS X 10.8.4 or earlier versions.
