I understand your being prompted for the password of another Apple ID when attempting to update applications. It seems like you are on the right track for the reason and it sounds like you have a couple more applications tied to this Apple ID. I would suggest that you go through the steps in the article below to locate these applications attached to this ID and delete them. You my also have to do the same on your iOS device and download them again with your Apple ID.
If iTunes repeatedly prompts you to authorize your computer
Delete music, movies, apps, and other content from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
