They look like phillips head screws, don't they?
I would guess that means you need a phillips head screw driver.

shows tools needed to remove the back cover. It calls for a Philips 00. However, some may have a "pentalobe" pattern instead. This tool kit has both types of drivers:

Mar 12, 2016 8:58 AM in response to queenofnoise13by OGELTHORPE,A #00 Phillips driver to remove the bottom panel. If you are removing a HDD, you will need a #8 Torx driver.
