Epson L365 printer not appears on wifi network (Macbook air)

I tried to setup my epson L365 printer through wireless network in my macbook air. While the setup searches for printer it abruptly stops the installation. Epson says it's because of the firewall or security programs. I disabled the firewall but it still does that. Something blocks the installation app to access wifi. I can't figure out which program it is.

So I tried to use usb cable to install wifi settings to the printer. The green light on the printer gets on implying it is connected to the wifi network. But installation app says it is unsuccessful and unable to connect to the printer. So app doesn't get to the next step: mac configuration. But I printed the wifi file from the printer. It is connected to the network successfully.

I

tried to add the printer from System settings ----> printers menu. It doesn't find the printer. I add the IP address but it still can't find the printer. My iPhone can find it and print through network.

I already updated the drivers but nothing changed.

Is there a way to make my mac find the printer?

Network Printer Troubleshooting

Ping printer: If you have the printers IP address open Terminal (Applications/Utilities) and at the prompt type: ping {printerIP}. You will get a reply or failure.

If you haven't done so already, try resetting the printing system.

also Yosemite
