Apple ID has been hacked.

Dear everyone,


I got a serious problem today. My another Apple ID which the region is in China has been hacked. They changed all information about my account except account name. Now, I have no idea about how to get my account back, because I don't know the answer of the security questions(they changed them).

My iPhone6 has been locked as a lost iPhone(they did intentionally since they want my money to get my account back. they left the contact).

Also, unfortunately I lost the receipt of the iPhone6. So now I don't really have the evidence which can prove my lost Apple ID and my iPhone6 are mine. I can't use my Apple ID and iPhone6 now.


I can't find a solution in Chinese community and I am sure that I am not the only one who is suffering that. So now I turn to you guys' help.
