Mar 12, 2016 12:44 PM in response to DestinysDarlingby elcpu,Do you have a backup in iTunes? If so you can restore from it. If not are you backing up to iCloud? If so you can restore from it as well. Keep in mind that you will only restore what was backed up, i.e., any changes since the backup will be lost.

Mar 12, 2016 2:00 PM in response to elcpuby DestinysDarling,I can't do anything with my iTunes because it wants me to update first, therefore it holds up everything else. I have everything backed up to my iTunes. The error tells me there is a problem updating my iphone (it is in no way jailbroken and never has been). So when I click update, the progress bar never moves. I have uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes.
