ipad pro power problem

Any solution (other than a RESET of holding the power button and the middle main button down) I am fully updated. To iOS 9.2 (Apple iPad Pro) is only four weeks old. I dont even want to turn the bluetooth on for my Apple Pencil. I really have a $1100.00 flat brick on my hands.

I now keep wifi to a minimum .

My Airplane Mode is on .

Other than sell the iPad Pro or not use it. Any solid answers of why the performance of iPAD Pro Power problems are so great? I have it plugged in while using it when i can (baring every 15 minutes i have to stop an charge it up). Should it not need a battery problem if I have it consistly plugged in?) Cant it just provide power to the IPad other than just charge the battery?

Hello,

If the hard reset doesn't work (Holding down power and home button), I would recommend trying to connect your iPad Pro to itunes and see if it recognizes it. If not I would make a reservation at a Genius Bar, and have them take a look at it. Also another reason why the screen maybe turning black is overheating. I've personally never witnessed this problem on my Air 2.
