Mar 12, 2016 1:24 PM in response to lucyywadeeby Demo,The restrictions passcode can only be set with user input. Someone had to set the passcode for restrictions. You can use iTunes or iCloud to erase the phone, if that is what you are trying to do. You will not be able to use Erase all content and settings because of the restrictions passcode issue.
