Q: I can never update because my Mac is keeping an old email address instead of my currents email. I have tried to find how to delete the old.

Please help me rid my mac of the old app store email. I cannot update my apps. Sometimes my new email (new for last 5 years) seems to work on some updates and my new is my sign in for icloud...but not for app upgrades. Help!

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5)

You need to delete and redownload the applications which are asking for the old Apple ID; it’s stored inside them.
