Q: My phone tells me that my Apple ID is locked and that I must verify. However it just prompts me to change my password over and over.
My IPhone 6S Plus keeps telling me that my Apple ID is locked. then it tells me I must verify my identity. Each time I pursue unlocking it by following the prompts, it asks me to reset my password. Problem being that I KNOW my password and it does not need reset. I even tried changing it several times and each time it still asks me to do the same thing, change my password again. Even by changing my password I am not unlocking it. HOW DO I UNLOCK MY APPLE ID on my phone???? I can log in fine online!
