Q: Hello, I am having trouble finding my confirmation email for downloading Macfuse to enter licence key, Where can I find which email address these things are sent too please

I am trying to reformat my external hard drive but it has already been used to store lots of files from my pc before buying a mac. I found a trend that said you could download Macfuse to partition/reformat without loosing data stored on external drive. How do I find where or which email address the confirmation emails get sent too please so I can find the Licence key please, or is there a better way. Darby
