How do you download Mail Drop attachments?

Thanks. I am trying to send a video from my iphone to my icloud address. I send it to my icloud address using Mail Drop. I makes a swish sound, and seems to be sent.

However, the email never arrives in my icloud mailbox (therefore, no preview image to click on). I would like to somehow get the attachment (video) in Mail Drop. The message says it will be available to download for 30 days.

Any ideas?

I tried sending it to 4 different email addresses. None of them received the email 😟
