Mar 13, 2016 1:11 PM in response to braddchongby Karsten Schlüter, you need a 'tracker', basically two options:
Motion5 built-in tracker ... I made this example some hundred years ago
or...
TrackX from coremelt; a bit pricey on first look, but does marvel!
here's an example from their website

Mar 13, 2016 7:04 PM in response to braddchongby fox_m,Manual tracking is sometimes (more often than not) much faster than using software trackers, especially when motion is relatively smooth. (And, it should be in every editor's skill set.)
Here's a Title effect that, although not exactly like the ones you linked to, can do a lot:
If you don't like this, the type of title you're looking for is called a "callout". There's probably something out there you can be satisfied with.
Just set your first keyframes, then move the playhead and reposition the title. You do not have to go frame by frame. Just watch the video for any abrupt changes and set keyframes where you need to change "directions". After a rough "draft", you can go to more specific frames and make adjustments. You only have to go frame by frame in the "noisiest" sections of your video.
