Have you enabled iCloud Drive to show in the Finder preferences?
Click somewhere on the empty Desktop to bring the Finder forward, then go to the main menu bar: Finder > preferences.

Mar 13, 2016 1:53 PM in response to cahayby léonie,No, that is the latest version of MacOS X Mavericks, thee last update that will show for your system, but iCloud Drive will come with the system upgrade to MacOS X Yosemite or later (Mac OS X 10.10.x).
The current version of MacOS X is MacOS X 10.11.3 El Capitan.
