Did Apple remove support in iTunes for paid/premium podcasts?

I am trying to use iTunes 12.3.2.35 on Windows 7 and need to be able to subscribe to a premium/paid podcast with a username and password. I can't see where I can enter a username and password anymore. It works on an older computer that I have, but I want to move on from that computer. Is the option hidden somewhere that I am not seeing it? I thought it used to give you username and password fields when you used the File - Subscribe to Podcast menu option. Thank you.
