Photo App Crash at 4800 photos

so yesterday i got the 4800th photo on my iPod. At the point I got it , everytime I open an app where I can use the photos it crash exept Google photos. Does anybody have the problem too or have an idea how to fix it without deleting some pictures?

iPod touch (5th generation), iOS 9.2.1
