Sorry to bother you guys but need help.

I bought my Mac pro in 2013 with Apertures installed how ever I can not open up Apertures plus when I go onto App store to down load new version 3.6 it will not allow me to due to not on App store in UK only USA, How can i installed App to allow me to re - open all my photos from Apertures...
